Sign Up Dates:
Monday, January 16, 6:00 to 8:00 @ All Sport (Mill Walk Mall)
Thursday, January 19, 6:00 to 8:00 @ All Sport (Mill Walk Mall)
Saturday, January 21, 9:00 to noon @ Elks Lodge
Fees:
Payment Due at sign-up, but checks will be held until after March 1st.
In Town
U6 - $50
U8-U10 - $60
All players will receive a new uniform (Jersey and Shorts)
Travel
U10-U15 - $75
U10-U15 - $60 (if returning to same team from Fall 2011 and using same uniform)
(4 home games, 4 away games in the KC Metro area)

To sign up by mail, please submit your registration prior to Janaury 21, 2012.
